First i tried with a cheap 12v 1A power supply, but each time the disk was spun up, it got off and on again. So i connected the PC power supply, it's an 250W with nothing to feed but Riocar. It gives 12.3v. I suppose it is much better than the other i was using...
I forgot to say that first times it hanged, the disk sonunded like scatching, or parking/unparking the heads. Now it doesn't sound bad. The HyperTerminal says:

Each time it stops at a different point, sometimes it says it can't mount a partition and displays an error, or hangs as this.
